“Wild & Young" has been added to 17 radio stations across the country, such as WBUZ Nashville, WPBZ West Palm Beach and the Cumulus Radio Chain, which includes almost 10 Alternative and Active Rock stations, on its first week of adds.

Hell-raising rockers American Bang will release their self-titled major-label debut album for Reprise Records this spring 2010. The first single, “Wild & Young,” officially hits radio on March 8th, with early spins across the country already kicking in this week. The instantly anthemic debut track of “Wild & Young,” along with the album’s pounding and gritty opener, “Whiskey Walk,” is currently available online via all major online retailers, including iTunes.

American Bang will be playing Nashville's first ever "Live on the Green" concert series on September 3rd. Admission to the show is FREE, and the bill will also feature The Toadies & Ten Out of Tenn!

American Bang have been added to the line up for this year's Voodoo Fest in New Orleans, LA, taking the stage on October 31st - Halloween! Check out the "Tour" section for more info!

We're still out on the road, having the time of our lives with The Pretenders, but wanted to let you all know that our tune "Move To The Music" is featured in a new movie (out today) called "Fired Up!" We're stoked to be featured in the same film with The Ting Tings, Razorlight, & The Vines (among others) so check out the flick, pick up the soundtrack, and enjoy!

We're still truckin' for the next month and want to see some more familiar faces before we wrap up the tour @ The Filmore in San Fran, so come on out and have a beer with us!

American Bang will hit the road at the end of the month with The Pretenders. The four-week tour begins January 29th in Albany, NY, stops at New York’s Roseland Ballroom the following night on January 30th, and wraps up March 1st in Austin, TX. What's up everybody!? We are in a hotel outside of Knoxville,Tn. on our way from Cincinnati to Greenville, Sc. for our show tonight.
We've had 4 great shows this past week and we want to thank everyone who has come out and also everyone that we've met for the first time!

Hey ya'll !

Neil here from Bang. I hope all is well with everyone on this Friday Afternoon!

We are in Nashville at the moment working on our tour plans for the 1st half of our Fall Tour and we wanted to share the dates with ya today and ask you to start spreading the word to your friends!

We are hitting a bunch of cities we've been to before and a handful that we have never played that we're excited to get to.
